Extra virgin olive oil infused with the flavour of lemon. Add your favourite vinegar to make a vinaigrette and pour over halved avocado. Try using to dress grilled asparagus or roasted vegetables. For a delicious salad, take some blanched green beans, quartered tomatoes, boiled eggs, boiled potatoes and top with a poached salmon fillet. Finish with lemon oil.
