Try making a marinade of Lime & Ginger oil and light soy sauce. Brush on Kingfish fillets and pan sear or chargrill. Use as a delicious addition to any Asian style salad dressing. For a delicious entrée, toss peeled, uncooked king prawns with Lime & Ginger oil, chopped garlic and coriander. Use a little oil to stir fry prawns in a hot wok. Serve with rice and Asian greens.
